Blueberries also contain high amounts of antioxidants. These target harmful free radicals which can do a number on your skin. The antioxidants and the phytochemicals within the blueberries neutralize the radicals, making your skin look younger and more vibrant.
Salmon contains the essential omega-3 fatty acids. These are not only great for your heart, they also aid in keeping cell membranes healthy. Eating salmon will make your skin more soft and supple.
You’ve probably heard that carrots are good for your eyes; well, they are also great for the skin. Carrots contain vitamin A, essential for keeping skin cells in tip top shape, and are rich in antioxidants.
Water—you can never drink enough water. Water keeps you hydrated. It keeps your skin from getting dry and flaking. It also flushes out toxins, allowing more good nutrients into the body. When the body is hydrated, its able to sweat out the impurities, keeping your skin clear and healthy.
Generally, you should try to avoid consuming foods with high amounts of sugar, saturated fats and also fried foods.
